PRODUCT WARRANTY
The Minn Kota warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing, items damaged during use will not be covered. Please contact your local Minn Kota service provider for an evaluation. To locate a service provider in your area, click here. The warranty begins at the date of purchase.
LOCATING YOUR SERIAL NUMBER
When requiring any service/repairs for your Minn Kota product, you will need your original receipt of purchase for warranty coverage. If you do not have your receipt of purchase, we will reference your product's serial number and will base your warranty coverage off the date of manufacture. We recommend that you write the serial number down in your product’s user manual or somewhere outside of your boat so you have it available for future reference. - QUEST and Brushed Ultrex, Ulterra, and Terrova Models (manufactured 2023 or after):
- Composite Shaft: Limited Lifetime Warranty*
- Entire Product: Limited Two-Year Warranty*
- Optional: Additional third year of warranty is available with product registration.*
*Kayak Terrova and PowerDrive motors are not included in the additional third year of warranty with registration.
- Ultrex Models Manufactured 2016-2023:
- Composite Shaft: Limited Lifetime Warranty
- Entire Product: Limited Three-Year Warranty
- Vantage Models:
- Entire Product: Limited Two-Year Warranty
- All Other Freshwater Models:
- Composite Shaft: Limited Lifetime Warranty
- Entire Product: Limited Two-Year Warranty
