A fully charged battery, going at trolling speed, will typically last 8 hours. At constant full power, it'll last approximately 2 hours.

is there a decent cover for the ap 136 for short term outside storage?

There are several covers you can purchase through Amazon, i have purchased 1 and its amazing keeps all the seasons off the boat also keeps the color from fading, my boat sit out all year in the cover , i do have to go out on ocassion when raining, and push off the water off the cover.

Could it be transported on its side? How tall is it in regular position? It needs to go through a 25 inch doorway

The Old Town Autopilot 136 could be transported on its side, I would remove any gear you have on it to make that process easier. It’s approximately 15 inches in height and could go through a 25inch door way. I hope this helps!

Regarding the Sportsman Auto Pilot 136 can the 45lb Min Kota motor be upgraded to the 86lb Min Kota motor? Also can a transom motor be mounted over or beside the rudder in the Anchor Well? and lastly what are the Orange Slots for?

Sorry but we do not offer or have any other motor options for this model. It was not designed to accept a transom-mounted motor. The orange slots are accessory tracks that are compatible with ½” wide T-slot hardware. It’s a common attachment/way to attach things, used by a number of vendors such as Yakattack and Rammount.

Usually there are sales for Black Friday but there have not been any info or updates on this. Definitely also check with your local dealers and keep your eyes peeled around that time!
